Well hello, I do remember you. Sorry to hear about your injury, are you back at the gym again and enjoying lifting? I have accomplished a lot over the last year and am taking a break right now. In the middle of changing careers and supporting my hubby as he competes in his second bodybuilding comp this coming June. R U in TO? If so you should check out the comp.
