So I suppose I'll start this by saying I've always been athletic and involved in various sports my whole life but I've never really been able to get my body to look the way I wanted. I've weight lifted ever since freshman year of high school when my dad started taking me to workout with him. I had a back brace from my neck to my hips and braces, so I wasn't exactly Mr. popular. But my dad being able to teach and guide me in the world of fitness really gave me confidence and lead me to this point... Go to BodyBlog
