I plan on getting around 250-255lbs and then cutting down to a solid 230....
Goal (Long):
I am starting with a 6 day regiment. M-Chest T-Shoulders W-Bi's and Tri's T-Back F-Legs S-Off Then start again. Doing a mild cardio everyday-walking. Then when i start to cut down I will start to do sprints 3 times a week with the walking.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb

13%
