How I Started:
I got started because I felt I was to skinny and needed to gain some muscle. (150lbs at 5'8")
Why I Love It:
I love it because I hear that it really works and because all the information you obtain is updated.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by going to the gym constantly and working out with my training buddy.
BB Accomplishments:
Gain weight from 150 to 165 and keeping my body fat very low. I want to accomplish this in a year.

No problem, things are going well, I really have to do some critiquing and plan my diet, and training optimally to maximize my progress as fast as possible..as we all strive to do (at least the serious ones)...I just have big aspirations in this sport!
