Well for me I have always needed to have at least 180grams a day if I am running that is base. I have beenon and off with that. I am going a little higher about 250 grams. I am also cutting the carbs much lower. I am lifting heavy in additional to running. I have to keep up the meals and protein otherwise I start gaining or holding weight.
