My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

Monday- 30 minutes of cardio (eliptical machine) followed by 30 minute ab session then finish off with legs. Total routine time, 2hrs. If I feel really good it do more cardio.

Tuesday- 30-45 minutes Eliptical machine, 30-45 minutes of treadmill or stationary bike.

Wednsday- 30 minutes cardio (eliptical machine) followed by 30 minute ab session, then tri's, shoulders and chest. Total routine time, 2.5hrs.

Thuresday- 30-45 minutes Elipticle machine, 30-45 minutes of treadmill or stationary bike.

Friday- 30 minutes cardio, followed by 30 minute ab session, then bicep's & back. Total routine time 2hrs.

Saturday- Off

Sunday- Off

  • I know, I'm not that happy about it either, but its a must and so far has proven prosper! My truck sold, and now a guy is VERY interested in my Harley, bringing cash out this afternoon, fingers crossed! Not having to pay the shipping of the bike, truck, and tools is going to save my BIG $$$$$$. Things are as they need to be, or it wouldn't be. :) ...... I'll keep popping in to root ya on tho! :D EDD!

Your new plan of action sounds great....Whole Foods is the way to go, Im going to be doing the same, I want to get all my nutrients and protein from Whole foods, so we will see what happens in the months to come. 45ANDFABULOUS So true....Its all about adapting to our circumstances, the healthier I am the better I feel, the stronger my body is, the less pain I will have if any....working out will be a part of my life for the rest of my life. 45ANDFABULOUS Yeah things were going well for me 2. 2011 started out great, making progress then boom a year and a half of injuries, and being misdiagnosed, finally diagnosed with Scoliosis in November & rehab began, started working with a trainer in feb, form is key for me & I have some restrictions. Im still not 100% but almost there, Im pain free which is great, dont ever want to experience that pain again. Im not giving up on my goals, its just a detour, we wil both get there.
