Tuesday- 30-45 minutes Eliptical machine, 30-45 minutes of treadmill or stationary bike.
Wednsday- 30 minutes cardio (eliptical machine) followed by 30 minute ab session, then tri's, shoulders and chest. Total routine time, 2.5hrs.
Thuresday- 30-45 minutes Elipticle machine, 30-45 minutes of treadmill or stationary bike.
Friday- 30 minutes cardio, followed by 30 minute ab session, then bicep's & back. Total routine time 2hrs.
