I did my first triathlon last week. It was fun and painful at the same time. I came in 77th out of 79 but hell leastwise I finished. I am starting to do a little more lifting than I was during the tri training and it is nice to get back to it. I am also trying a new eating program so we...

I just thought that I would drop by and wish you much success in your quest to get fit. Always challenge yourself to be the best that you can be during each and every workout and believe in your own inner strength. I wish you all the best of the season and look forward to seeing your continuing progress in ’08.
