I always try and give 100% focus and energy to my workouts!
Plan ahead what you are going to do at the gym. This way you can make sure you are improving throughout the months. If you arent getting the results you want then you have documented workouts to look over and adjust.
Always expand your knowledge! Read, read, read and do, do, do!!! Take workshops on nutrition, exercise phylosiphy or even competitor weekend training camps...you can learn a ton of new things and make new friends in the fitness industry!
Try new things! I have the worst flexibility so I tried hot yoga....I wasnt to Hot on it the first couple of classes, haha, but now I am hooked! Im more flexible too and less likely to injure myself!
Most of all stay consistent and put in the work!
