How I Started:
I was looking into going into EMT and decided that I should workout so that I could be ready for what every comes my way but know after thinking about it I will not be going that route after all. I am thinking about Nursing, Or IT in some part but for now I might look into Personal Training that way I can help others and help myself reach my goals.
Why I Love It:
The energy you get after. And of course the results that come with hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard for me to keep motivated I have found out. I to a point where I would like to meet someone who well keep me pushing and to keep me accountable to reach my goals.

Finally decided to do a picture. I have lost about 7-10 lbs of body fat. Current wight 171 lbs. When I started back in Sept. 2008 I was 180 lbs. I have notice some results but I don't have a previous pic without my shirt on before this one.
I just stopped by to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. Exercising and a proper nutrition program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) feel and look better than we ever have. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve all you dream of on your fitness journey.
