Reason: Warren demonstrates great determination & dedication by hitting the workouts 2 or 3 times a day, working out as time permits in his busy days as a single parent. He's an involved Dad w/ his daughters, and is a great role model for them, for fitness & as a good person.
eurasiansurgeon  [ BodySpace ]
Reason: She's the same age as me with a hardbody, while living a busy & active life. There's no reason to "be old" in our 40's, 50's, 60's or 70's, if a person takes action to live a healthy, fit & active life.
helenawf  [ BodySpace ]
Reason: Wendy is rocking the 40's. Went from out-of-shape to incredible shape, all the way to competing on stage. All while in her 40's, full-time worker, wife, mom, etc. No nonsense & proves there's NO EXCUSE not to carve out the time for exercise. JUST DO IT.
jrahlfs  [ BodySpace ]
Reason: Jason works out HARD. Makes the best use of his limited time for workouts. Also a great Dad & husband........life balance. :-)
Ledford45  [ BodySpace ]
Reason: Steve is a workout warrior. He always gives it 110% in his workouts. Plus, he takes time to encourage & help others on this site.
oldbutfit  [ BodySpace ]
Reason: 67 yrs old w/ a rockhard physique. I want to be healthy, fit & active for decades. It's great to see others living that out. There's no reason to "be old" in one's 60's & 70's if one takes action.
