How I Started:
I started at as an overweight teen, semi excelled in baseball and football. But was always to "big" to move fast. So I was the catcher and played lineman as well. Stepped on the scale in Nov 1997 after my little brother took me to the gym I stepped on the scale and weighed 251..I ended up dropping 70 lbs in a year and then started getting serious in 03 and decided to diet for a show...Ending up going from 185ish to 154 for my first show and was HOOKED from there out!

Current weight is THROUGH the roof at 215 lbs.  Have gained nearly 50 lbs since my June 9th show  :)  Still have my upper abs, currently bulking for the Jr. Nationals!   I WILL BE READY!

hey jason, not sure if i will do the knoxville or not? i am pretty burnt out after doing the knoxville and then the expo shows so close together.but i am sure as it gets close the bug will bite me? time will tell...
