Insane chest development greg. Is i possible to get those pecs any bigger? lol, time to bring the delts up now my man. Are you putting an emphasis on them even more now?

sorry for the late reply man to your question. lifting as heavy as possible, being an animal in the gym and making huge sacrifices on the nutrition front got me where i am today. its as simple as that.

Training is just about getting back on track thanks Greg. I'm lifting and eating well at the moment, just taking things one step at a time. How about yourself? How the hell did you get a chest like that haha? I think you need to take me on a trip down memory lane and tell me how you built that beast!

dude seriously, those are some insane quads...everytime i see you post on the forums I always click on your page just to see them haha. Amazing seperation and sweep, seriously, great job.

avid his name is. & I'm hoping to hit 230 this year; it's time to get BIG. No excuses Greg I'm going all out this year. I wanna make the most of this young testosterone lol!! I'm training Yates style now, relatively low volume and high intensity with added eccentric contractions/forced reps, you name it! We're training extremely hard, and I'll have some vids up of a workout we did this week to show you all.

lookin great in the new pics greg. what have u been doing to bring the guns up? I've been fine, lifting heavy and growing, nearly 200lbs now with my lifts soaring. hows life been, I know you'd had a tough time recently?

Hola I know this has been said a thousand times before, but even looking at your pictures it's amazing that you're natural. That is just the epitomy of hard work, dedication, commitment, and PR's week in week out in the gym. You could seriously do some damage if you decided to compete on the WORLD stage.

Not a problem mate. You deserve it. I have been reading your posts and you are a great addition to the board. There aren't many people around who speak with the knowledge and experience you do so I'm just greatful to learn from your posts. Best of luck with reaching your goals as well. Looks like you have had a tough time. the end result is what will define your character though. Great stuff!

Sorry for the late comment bro, I dont usually check my comments box. For back, I usually do the regular things anybody else does. My favourite moves are t-bars for density yates rows for contractions and what I feel adds in detail Hammer chins for width and just to return the compliment i think it goes without saying you look great yourself :)
