guest hey mate, im from liverpool too. ive been looking on bodybuilding.com and on the teen forum for beginer workouts and diets stuff to help me get going. but there seems to be so many different opinions on workouts to do and what to eat. You look like youve made a lot of solid progress and i wondered if you could help me out/ give me some advice? Am 17 5"11 and 120 and about 9 and a half stone ( utter light wait) cheers mate!
