Encouragement from my older brother. If it wasn't for him I almost certainly wouldn't be where I am today. Long gone are the days of me being called anorexic :)
Why I Love It:
I just love being in control of my body, getting stronger, feeling better in general/healthier, and having a more confident image.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding is an art, and an artist is a perfectionist. I know I'll never be satisfied with my physique, and that's how I stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Hoping to have some credibility in this section soon. Personal accomplishments include going from a skinny 130lbs in school to 196lbs now in 2 and a half years.

Very welcome. Maybe a Lazy Student BUT certainly very hard working in the gym. Can understand why BRO not in greatest of moods as little BRO has caught up. Keep having fun. Andre
You too, Adam! What's your brother's name, anyway? The two of you look positively HULKISH (in the best sense of the word). Any new ideas you using for massing up these days?
The only thing I can say that's really helped my arms is to not use the same routine twice in the past few months. Each workout is at least subtly different from the last: changing either reps, x-reps (or not), drops or straight sets, and exercise choices. It looks like my "system" is no system at all. :-) How you been big lad?
Hey man thanks for the reps...good pics, need to practice the back pose, your squeezing your traps together..when you do that squeeze them together then flare those lats out nice and wide, gives you a nice wide look, and your back will really detail out better because its coming along good!
Thanks for the rep Adam. That's a great structure ya got there. Huge potential. Best of luck with all your goals. I'll be lookin' out for your progress.
Thanks man. I appreciate the nice compliments and it took a long time to go from where I was to where I am. There is still much improvement left though. I wish I was looking like you do at your age. Keep it up!
