Encouragement from my older brother. If it wasn't for him I almost certainly wouldn't be where I am today. Long gone are the days of me being called anorexic :)
Why I Love It:
I just love being in control of my body, getting stronger, feeling better in general/healthier, and having a more confident image.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding is an art, and an artist is a perfectionist. I know I'll never be satisfied with my physique, and that's how I stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Hoping to have some credibility in this section soon. Personal accomplishments include going from a skinny 130lbs in school to 196lbs now in 2 and a half years.

hey mate, im from liverpool too.
ive been looking on bodybuilding.com and on the teen forum for beginer workouts and diets stuff to help me get going. but there seems to be so many different opinions on workouts to do and what to eat. You look like youve made a lot of solid progress and i wondered if you could help me out/ give me some advice? Am 17 5"11 and 120 and about 9 and a half stone ( utter light wait)

Glad to hear from you A. Been doing okay Working on upping intensity. Took a break from the x-reps, but I'm slowly inserting them (and drop-sets) back in.
