Jic120 Yo man sorry its been a while but thank you. I'm nowhere near Richmond bro, but if I was I'd definitely get a session in with you. As far as advice goes I have a few workouts posted on my page check those out and modify to your level. Also, make training a priority everyday! Training is not an option it is a part of daily life. Train to be the best, write yourself empowering notes on your training log before you start your routine. Oct 22, 2012 8:35pm

HLRugby Cutting down fat when bulking is the worst thing to do! First bulk but condition yourself with your training and nutrition at the same time and then after 9 weeks of bulking you diet for 12 weeks and with good training and nutrition your conditioning will be crisp! Jul 15, 2012 2:29pm
