How I Started:
i started out bad. I got way too worried about what everyone else in the gym thought. I ended up having to start completely over this year...I am working on form, tone, and mass. I can't wait to see the resulting figure.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better than ever about who I am. It gives me the confidence I need in everyday life.
How I Stay Motivated:
i don't know...I guess it's just not wanting to get fat.

over the next six months, i will take you through my transformation during my deployment to Iraq. Being on the road doesn't let me go to the gym on a regular basis. It keeps my body guessing though. it works.

I am not one for getting huge I guess. I think I just want to maintain what I have, and then go from there. All I want is overall health. nuff said. I had more energy when I was at 7% BF. The sacrifice for a competition that I anly plan on doing once is just not worth it.
Ok, so I guess I need to start eating a little more if I am going to gain anything. I am going clean though. I am trying to gain as little fat as possible. I eat at the chow hall on a military base so, mind you, I have limited choices as far as clean calories go. Here it is, tell me what...
Dude im sorry. Several of my buds on here , including you are in the armed forces and i knew someones gym was down for a short bit of time. Things are good here man
yea def. gotta give the gains time to come.....you're prolly an ectomorph though i'm guessing since you're that light...meaning you gotta eat a **** LOAD to grow...i've not been below 200 pounds since 7th grade...so i'm and endomorph
well i'm not gonna critique specific body parts....I just work my ass off, no exceptions....I don't drink I don't party, I live bodybuilding. And i supplement right too. Very high volume workouts, it's what's always worked for me. Diet is also VERY important.
yeah that does suck! have a beer when you get into Germany if they let you. and if they have it where you stop. get an "Erdinger" they are so clean and refreshing! its amazing!
