Well I was always on again off again with my workout until this desire hit me one day not too long ago and I decided to push through it!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, gives me a pump at the end of my day and keeps my sleep schedule and eating habits all in check. Make me live happier and healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
By remembering that I want to be bigger and more ripped and how I always put it off, this time I am pushing through it!

I want to get my conditioning up and my fat percentage down!
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to walk around knowing I am healthier than I have ever been. Be able to compete in MMA matches and stay shredded while also maintaining a decent body weight.
this site is outstanding for advice. We don't consider ourselves experts but have learned a hell of a lot from here. If you pose a question on any of the forums, you usually get lots of advice from the serious body builders. Good luck!
