My workouts started in High School playing football and basketball and I am trying to incorporate some workout tactics into the Air Force PT days
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, gives me a pump at the end of my day and keeps my sleep schedule and eating habits all in check. Make me live happier and healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
By remembering that I want to be bigger and more ripped and how I always put it off, this time I am pushing through it!
Gain some muscle but get my weight to stick around 165
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to walk around knowing I am healthier than I have ever been. Be able to compete in MMA matches and stay shredded while also maintaining a decent body weight.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%
