Been sick for awhile and it really sapped my energy.  As a result my level of endurance has taken a hit and I lost alittle wieght.  Good thing it was right at the beginning of getting back into a serious routine though, I could have lost alot more.
Had a great thanksgiving and pigged out...

Hey crazy....havent been on this in forever...I am glad that you hit me up. I am stationed at Ft Carson now with an EOD group and went Intel since I got back. My unit is heading back over there soon, but I am not going. They are leaving me behind since my kids dad is gone right now. I am actually working on my Warrant packet. Gotta put kids through college, you know? So, how is life for you these day? Great to hear from you!
