I've been working out for a couple years now. My schedule often causes me to start and stop working out more than I like to.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being in shape. I also love the admiration that comes with it ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my competition. Also, I just remind myself of how I don't want to look.

I've always been able to build muscle and definition. One thing that's always lacked in my workouts was a serious ab regiment which is something I've become more knowledgeable on now. That being said, I'm ready now more than ever to uncover my abs which have been longing to be seen.
