I played soccer in hs and got really into distance running, but after a while I got sick of being a stick and started lifting and eating right. And here I am.
Why I Love It:
I like the fact that you get visible results, and it's really a boost to self-confidence when you see yourself growing. Oh yeah, and I enjoy eating as well...

"Remembering a day: 2lbs of chichen breasts
amazing day: i felt pumped, tight all day.
we have to admit it: pro, aside from steroids, eat a TON of protein a day.
and imho nothing beats animal protein and probably amino acids/caps
vs protein shake, milk.
no ?
problem with eating so much animal protein is hormones i guess.
unless you have access to natural meat
and cholesterol. chicken whites are however very lean."

Ecto poster boy.
This wasn't actually taken as a progress pic but I am considerably bigger and thought it was apparent, clothed as I may be.
Over the last eight months, I gained a little over 20 lbs as a total n00b to lifting. I'm pretty happy with that, and I certainly plan on continuing more of the same. However, I also want to do things I enjoy, and since my time and physical capacity are not unlimited, I think I need...
Nice. I plan on adopting that "see food" diet after my contest in August. I'm sure it's hard to put on weight with all the cardio you're getting from soccer (was it soccer you play?). I'm sure you'll get huge in the off season :D
Dude, I need to get a tan for summer asap. Would you suggest ...sweet potatoes? :D
Hope everything is going well for you, Aindreas. Have a great summer!
I'm serious dude...let trade lol. But yeah, just give it a shot man, there's a couple other lifts you can do, but this one is excellent and it will produce sustainable results. Good luck man, holler if I can help.
Man, I'd kill to be your size...NO LIE. However, on the lat push down...stand at arms length from the lat bar and grab it with both of your elbows locked and pull/push down toward your waist. It will work the tri's but as a secondary muscle.
hi how are u ? just wondering if u are getting my comments you look great how are u doing? how often do u workout doing the week please let me know ok?>
Good job; keep those pounds rolling in.
I've been making amazing progress now that I can afford a proper bulk diet. I'm gaining 1 1/2 lbs a week and consistently smashing PR's in squats 'n' deads.
