None, really. I slacked off a bit since last summer ended so I've added a little fat poundage. I think I'm in much better shape than I was at this point in time last year. Although I don't know if I necessarily have the same drive and focus for working out as I did at that time. More knowledge though, that is something that I've gained.

I've been a little sidetracked recently with school, so I haven't had the time to check in as much as I like. I'm slacking a little bit too, I admit. I need to get back on the grind and strive towards my goal of 170 by the end of the year. How things been going with you?

nothin much. Im on vaca tho so progress is most def not bein made, but ill get back to a routine once school starts. good luck on the body weight stuff, I used to do a routine that was mostly that but I added a little weight with the exercises by putting books and weights in a bag.

Awesome progress. really cut down the body fat now you got a clean slate to really pack on the muscle. Face looks a lot more defined and skinnier as well. Great Job!!!
