How I Started:
Always been active played soccer since i was a little kid and Im always playing some type of pick up game. so athleticism and being in shape have always been important to me, but as I started making it a point to get in better physical shape I ran across this website and have just started running with it.
Why I Love It:
Its definately a great feeling when you feel more powerful when your playing a sport, or you feel less fatigued because then you can just focus on having fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
Progress. like with anything in life when you actually start to see consistent results the process is a lot more tolerable and even enjoyable.
BB Accomplishments:
basically just learning about a bunch of stuff from physiology, nutrition, biochemistry. also learning about the hard work and dedication it takes to actually be in as great a shape as some of the people are on this site

Thanks bro! Comments like that get me more motivated than i already am. I'm pushing hard this month to get my abs to start showing. I haven't incorporated ab workouts yet during the 8 weeks. Hopefully i can get down to 10% in 4 weeks. It will be tough!
