I was alway in good shape and tried to keep active, but after my second child I was never able to lose those last 10 lbs and then they became 20. Looking at some pictures made me realized that I needed to start doing something with my body.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel so GOOD!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
~My mirror, I'm my worst critique.
~Looking at others BB progress and accomplishments.
BB Accomplishments:
The fact that I'm down to almost the weight I had in high school is an accomplisment at this age.
1. Losing weight and getting the right results is hard!(but not imposible).
2. Having extra weight or fat is harder!
3. I rather be fit and healthy than fat and unhappy.
4. Giving up is not a good option.
5. Set backs are inevitable.

thanks, chica. my dr suggested the same thing (more cardio, less weights) but somehow i feel like that will make me flabbier...and i still have a lot of body fat to lose.

i did :) my huskers lost so its hurting alittle but, but nothing ice cream and junk food cant help haha took last week off myself soi ready for monday to lift again...your progress looks great!! very prooud of ya, diet been very good?
