AidenTaker This probably isn't the place to tell this but I'm trying to get over a break up this week. Any good advice and songs?

  • Wish there was an easy fix to that one :(. Try to keep in mind that if something is meant to be, it will all work out in the end.....if not, it just means something better is coming. Try to stay focused on what you can control right now....your workouts for example. They are a great stress reliever. Keep your chin up!

  • would love to help but I dont know what happend. I have been on both sides of the story at one point or another..It sucks but after some time it hurts less for the most part.

AidenTaker I have a strained tendon in my left delt. Heavy flat bench press is out of the question. I stretch it daily. How do I recover faster guys?

anewyou Just curious how much rest you are taking in between sets? Are you super setting? Look up Dave Ruel for information and maybe even motivation. I like doing high reps, supersets and also change it up with low reps and heavier weight. :) have a great weekend! Dec 7, 2012 1:28pm

whawk after you do it for a while Aiden it becomes a part of your lifestyle, and going to the gym would be like putting on you clothes for the day. its something that you have to do and if you have to miss it you feel like your day is not complete. atleast that is the way it is for me.
