How I Started:
My father was diagnosed with cancer and I was 50lbs over weight. With the birth of my first child I decided it was time to take my health serious and start working out again.
Why I Love It:
It is a great stress reliever. Love to see my body transform
How I Stay Motivated:
I set small goals weekly that help me reach results and motivate me to accomplish my main goal.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't accomplished the lifting goals I have set for my self, but I am quickly working towards them.

Goal (Long):
I played baseball in college and worked out all the time. After 5 months in the real world I gained 40 pounds of combo meals and beer. After reaching 253 lbs, my father being diagnosed with cancer, and the birth of my first child, I looked myself in the mirror and made a personal decision to change. I was tired of being fat and unhealthy. July 2007 I weighted in and 253 lbs. I set a goal to lose 48 lbs. and get in shape. I would like to bench 350 lbs squat 450 and dead lift 375 and run a sub 6 minute mile.
