I almost forgot, the solution. When I joints like the joints in my knees where popping when I do allot of stretching I started holding that position for a at least 3 minutes almost everyday, and after a while the popping stops. I don't know if it'll work for you, but it did for me. I guess your joints needs to get use to certain movements in order for them to stop.

What's up? My joints do that too sometimes, especially when I like to pop my knuckles. The noise is the breaking of small CO2 bubbles that form in the synovial fluid near the joints when you stretch of pull the joints apart during something like stretching. If your joints are making a popping sound then don't worry about it as it is mostly harmless.

What's up Ahmedxahmed? The only reason that I think of that you are not gaining weight is because you are not eating enough. I just started a clean bulk where I eat 5 small meals with foods that are high in protein and low in fat a day. I started 3 days ago and I doing it for a month. Trust me, if you start doing this, you'll gain weight in a healthy way.

Also, don't just worry about putting protein in your diet. Worry about other important nutritents like vitamins and minerals too. That's why I also mention fruits and vegetables. Bananas for example have excellent source of potassium which helps regulate muscle and nerve function in the human body. Carrots is loaded with vitamin A which helps your vision so a person can see better.

What's up Ahmedxaahmed? Tuna is a great source of protein, but some tuna, especially canned tuna have certain amounts of mercury in it which is not a good thing for the human body. If you eat tuna at least 2 day a week then you are okay. For other sources of protein, I recommend that you eat steak, egg whites, yogurt, peanut butter, certain types of soups like chicken noodle soup, even some fruits and vegetables have a little bit of protein in it.
