Background

When I Started: Jun 2010
HOW I STARTED:

My uncle introduced me to bodybuilding one summer on my trip to the Middle East. I got to meet one of the best bodybuilders in Jordan while I was there, and I've been inspired ever since. I used to be very fat and people used to make fun of me all the time. Girls would never look my way and guys would never let me play sports with them. I have a long history of diabetes in my family tree, and my doctor said that if I didn't lose weight, I would more than likely become a diabetic. I started weight lifting to better myself and to live that healthy life style I used to dream about. Feels great to be in shape now!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I learned that bodybuilding is far more than just the two hours in the gym, it's a lifestyle. It tests your discipline and will power, and I am grateful for all that it has taught me about myself.
