It has been a long time. I dont go to LA anymore. I have my sets at home then I run at the school by my house. I have had Jonni run with me once, but that was it. One day...lol Let me know when you want to learn...lol

Hey bud, what's up?
Abs? Apart from dieting and doing low intensity cardio for 45 minutes on a treadmill or crosstrainer, I love to do hanging leg raises. I started out doing knees bent and lifting while hanging from a pullup bar. I progressed to doing straight legged raises and it is a killer exercise for the abs.
Apart from that, squats and deadlifts - all the core, heavy exercises work the abs more than anything else! Just make sure you keep them tight when you do those exercises.

if you eat clean(VERY clean), regular times, and NO CHEATS at all(except cheat meal), your body has no choice. It will respond by giving you what you need. Check out this site. It has amazing diet plans.

It seems like you are on the right track. Try hanging leg raises with a med ball or cable cruches or decline cruch with a med ball in your hand. Just try to eat as clean as you can and drink plenty of water too. Cardio is important as well.

my trainer always says: ABS are made in the kitchen!(meaning it's all about the diet) many guys have a 6pak and dont target the abs specifically. I eat well, but also work my abs(to the max) 2X a wk
