How I Started:
I started working out in the end of 10th grade and saw a little bit of difference. Summer of course I dove head first into my local YMCA.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the rush it gives me and knowing I'm adding into my health bank.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated due to the looks I get by those skinny snobs who think they're tough sh*t and think I'm weak but when I go and curl the 50's (dumbbells) like nothing, jaws drop and when they try to lift 'em they cant even get it up once. And knowing that I'll be healthier than other people who do not work out when I'm 80 definately helps too. And last but not least my girl.
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 225 (5 lbs more than my body weight)losing 25 lbs going from 245 to 220
Well it took another day but I'm back! Yesterday I hit my legs for literally the first time ever and they're felling ok right now. As for my routine I'm gonna update it in that section right now.
