"Achieve 220lbs @ 8% then compete at a shredded 205lbs. Eventually win pro card. Need to thicken back, even out eccentricities, and bring up all else evenly."
Working out in general became an addiction in high school while training for football.
Why I Love It:
I love the idea that one can change the way they look simply by educating themselves and using that info to manipulate the body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Simply by setting short/long term goals and following through.

This is what happens when you get into the dangerous 'I must be big to compete' mind-set. Before you know it, you're fat. I was drinking 1000 calorie shakes for breakfast. I've learned a lot since then.

I am an instinctive trainer. I train the muscles how and when they want to be trained. If it is a 'chest' day but I can feel that I'm excited for squats, I'll squat instead. I listen to my body. I generally hit everything 1-1.5 times a week but that is as structured as I get.
Life is good here! How about you? Any shows coming up for you? I have nothing planned. Next will be the guest posing in October. Then possible the Natural Mn in 09'.
