I've worked out off an on over the years. In high school and college I was in sports and the Air Force, so I was in better shape then. Now more interested in being healthy and reducing body fat.
Why I Love It:
I work out because it's important to keep myself healthy as the provider and example for my family.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember my family and am trying to be an example for my Son whose 11 now.
BB Accomplishments:
I work out regularly now, that was a big one. Working on what goals to set next.

thanks for the comment and compliment! it took me about 8-9 months to drop 90lbs which was right about the point when i knew what foods, exercises, sleep patterns created the best results for what i was going for. really invaluable info when it comes to training, ya know?! thanks for watching my video (finally haha) i really wanted to convey my purpose. :)
