Not been training or eating properly at all lately, felt like crap and no apetite.. Lost a stone and half an inch off my already small biceps.. gutted. Got doc soon so hopefully I'll find a solution, what a terrible year.

Cheers mate, feel like I@ve made some good progress over the last couple of weeks, trying to get the diet right, just eating the right stuff and lot's off it. Hear you on the running side, it's a killer! Did you get in the marines? Hope all is good fella!

I think I'm more of a runner genetically which is why I found it easier to get my times down faster(and subsequently find it harder to put muscle on :( )
If you're looking for an added boost, you might wanna try Beta Alanine, I think I'd credit it personally for me getting my times down quickly.. Good for weightlifting too etc If you haven't tried it anyway.

Nah really, that sucks :( but you'll definetely have it cracked next time and be much fitter at that point.
Were you beating the required times in training?
And still, I still maintain that for training your better off just running a full 3 miles and getting your time sub 20, then you'll have no need to worry and will breeze it.;) (stopping halfway has it's obvious disadvantages)
