How I Started:
When I was 18 I got free membership to a gym in Cambridge for 3 months. I started working out on the weekends to make the most of the free membership.
Why I Love It:
I love to crank some awesome music and just take it all out on the weights, pushing my body to it's limits.
How I Stay Motivated:
By knowing that change will not happen unless I put in the effort.

Learning about proper nutrition, suppliment use (and how to avoid branded overpriced scam products (cough...****tech...cough), proper workout routines. But it's always an ongoing process!

Agentdark45changed Weight from 216 lbs. to 207 lbs., a 9 lb. loss in 72 days
I've always been that typical geeky looking skinny asian kid (I'm originally from Trinidad btw). One day at university I decided to turn my life around and really hit the weights hard.
I've managed to go from 140lbs to 210lbs in around 8 months naturally. I'm now down to about 200lbs, focusing on losing bodyfat and increasing lean mass.
Long term goals are to max out my natural mass while having a super low bodyfat percentage.
