How I Started:
I've always had an interest in fitness and bodybuilding. I worked out and exercised in the past to stay in shape but wasn't that serious. I'm determined to stay with it this time. I reached my all time high when i was pregnant and I'm determined on getting my pre baby body back.
Why I Love It:
I love the results. I feel great after and good workout.
