How I Started:
I was just tired of being the fat guy.
Why I Love It:
When I was in school I was never able to run a mile. Now I can run two. I'm in the best shape of my life and this is only the beginning.
How I Stay Motivated:
By people's comments. From "You've lost a lot of weight" all the way to "Yeah, I'm trying to lose weight too" (especially when you know they're not trying at all).
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 36 pounds, finally being able to run a mile (now two).

My body can't tell me how much weight I can lift. I just pick it up and lift it. I'm tired of my body telling me what I can and can't do. It's time to take control.
So I stopped visiting bodybuilding.com. No updates. No progress pics. No posting. Usually that signals the beginning of the end, but no, not here, not now. I'm going to go a little livejournal with this entry, because I finally feel like the grind of the last year and a half is paying...
Got no complaints. The weight is coming off at a nice solid pace now and I finally got back into my usual routine. It's just a matter of sticking with it long enough now for the real results to come.
Way to go. I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. Continually challenge yourself. Combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish.
Hey man Hows it going! I use to drive pass the gibson gym and it looked kind of tiny but i heard it was pretty huge! but nice progress so far and keep it up!
