Here is what bodybuilding does for someone:
It builds strength of character, strength of body, knowledge of yourself and your own limitations, a quiet confidence in being able to face any challenge no matter how daunting; one that carries over to anything you might do. - Atomic Dog
Training is going good at the moment. Just when it gets really good the old shoulder gets messed up again though. Seems like one of those injuries that is never going to go away. How about you? How is training going? What kind of routine are you doing right now?
Congrats on the site!!! it looks great and I agree with everything you say there. If I had my own site, I would say almost the same (I don't fully agree with a few minor things, but you've got it right). You should definitely promote it in our Skinny Comrades bodygroup. BTW, where in the world are you now? Ireland? Lithuania?
Hey thanks! I was gonna just train for the heck of it and to get big, but something the past week or so lit a fire inside me and I want to compete next year! I'd say another 15 pounds and I'll be ready to kick some butt! Haha, what about you? Looks like you've been working pretty hard.
Hey bro, I haven't really committed myself to any training as of yet, I'm just trying to setup my diet and get educated about what I need to do, before I make too many mistakes lol. Your website had a lot of helpful information. How's your plan going?
I believe there is some solid progress there Adrian. Keep pushing the limits bud> Wish you a awesome training week. G. If you got some time later on - PLEASE VOTE FOR ME AS THE BEST OVER 40 MALE BODY ON: http://www.simplyshredded.com/ best-male-bodies-on-bodyspace- 09-40-over.html

Well you know what they say...no rest for the wicked. I'm in muscle building mode right now and then it's time to diet down starting next week so I don't have time for all these ailments.
Hah of course I have fat.. even at my weight. It's possible.. Injury wise, I actually feel a bit better.. hoping to get back to weights in a day or two. How's your own progress coming along?
What can I say?.. I'm a hard gainer, but that's my goal though.. to put on some major weight eventually (muscle only of course).. And no, unfortunately, weighing as much as I do now, doesn't automatically give me a six pack. That, I still gotta work hard for. ;)
