Background

When I Started: May 2011
HOW I STARTED:

At 16, I thought it was time to start lifting everyday in order to get the type of body I want.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the results of pushing my limits everyday. I also love the high I get immediately after an exhausting workout.
