Well, we all have to start somewhere, bro. So, six weeks or six months, you are doing something positive for yourself that NO ONE can ever take away from you. So, keep that in mind on the days you feel discouraged. Progress is a slow process. We all have to crawl before we walk. I never would have thought I would have gotten where I am. It takes work! Ive been off gym for a while now due to injury and not being at uni, but cant wait to get back to uni so i can just destroy my muscle fibers lol. I will definately be doing rippetoes, what kinda routine doe u do?
