How I Started:
I decided to take control of my body last year and have lost over 30 lbs since. After having suffered from an eating disorder in the past, I knew that I needed to do things the "right" way this time. I initially just started eating healthy and hitting up the gym but after reading Muscle & Fitness magazines I have made it part of my everyday routine to educate myself on health and fitness and take the necessary steps to transform my body.
Why I Love It:
I absolutely love the adrenaline rush after an intense morning workout. I get a feeling of euphoria knowing that I am taking the necessary steps to transform my body and achieve my goals. Seeing the results of all of my hard work, sacrifices, and dedication makes me feel unstoppable!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading Muscle & Fitness magazines and educating myself on what I need to do to obtain the results that I am striving for. Knowing that I am maintaining a healthier lifestyle and seeing the "fruits of my labor" also makes me want to keep going.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing over 30lbs and getting a stronger, leaner, and healthier body has been one of my major accomplishments. I am particularly proud of the change in my lifestyle and the way I perceive health and fitness.

At my heaviest, ugh! FIRST TIME THESE FIT!
I can't believe I let myself get to this point! This was right after graduating from UCSD.
I PUT THESE ON THIS MORNING JUST TO SEE HOW MUCH I HAVE TO GO FIR THEM TO FIT AND TO MY SURPRISE, THEY FIT! MY NEW INTENSE WORKOUT PLAN IS PAYING OFF!
