I reached 305 lbs !! That's when I said it's time to change. I want to surf !! and look good while doing it !!
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge and the feeling of accomplishment.

I watch Jay Cutler, Arnold, Ronnie, and Frank from Animal to stay motivated.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10-20 because I want to burn fat. SOmetimes I do 7 and that is a heavier set.

Not at the gym as much as I want to be lately :( . My back injury proved to be detrimental to my exercise habits !! I'm afraid to go heavy because of lower back pain which my doc said is nothing?! I am still lifting but now only 2-3 times a week for an hour each time. I have been doing very good...
