I've been involved in sports my whole life. Just recently I've began working out more then ever. I'm a small girl but VERY muscular! I HATE being muscular. I want to maintain being healthy and fit, but I actually want to cause atrophy and slim down.
Why I Love It:
Working Out is my stress relief! I love the energy high that I get and I enjoy teaching and attending aerobics b/c of the social aspect of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motived b/c I WANT to become better. My boyfriend is another great motivator to me, I want to look healthy for him as well.

Why or why not?
I believe it's a personal issue and motivation not to. I don't want my family and friends impacting what I want to achieve and turning it into a what "they" want me to achieve.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
mine is rather simple, I'm trying to eat "all natural" foods, I'm eating a lot of organics, low cal, low sugar, etc....
