I've always been interested in being healthy and keeping in shape.
Why I Love It:
The burning sensation you get when working hard is brilliant so I like to push it to the limit. I love stripping sets as they give great gains in endurance, with the added bonus of the burn.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a personal trainer so I know the benafits of each type of training and how the body works. The human body needs to stay in relatively good shape or better to function properly.
