Was always a really light weight (140pounds) but loved sport and fitness and copped a few injuries. Started weight training for strength and some size.
Why I Love It:
The endorphin rush and sense of achievement.

The mirror and the feedback from my other half
BB Accomplishments:
Breaking 80kg. For an ecto who was 65kg this was a big rush.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
crank up a thumping track in the car on the way to gym and visualise how im going to look after training and remember how it makes me feel

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
straiend shoulder ligaments and a bulging C3 disc, both being treated by a physio now

So Im writing about this new program as a way of keeping myself motivated and tracking how I feel and the results I get. Ive started a program based on the P|RR|S (Power, Rep Range, Shock) system because I hit a platuae three months ago and couldnt break it. Ive done a lot of varied training...
