Was always a really light weight (140pounds) but loved sport and fitness and copped a few injuries. Started weight training for strength and some size.
Why I Love It:
The endorphin rush and sense of achievement.
How I Stay Motivated:
Set small goals, remind myself that Im not competing with anyone else but my own goals and that each time i tick a goal off Im doing a good job.
BB Accomplishments:
Breaking 80kg. For an ecto who was 65kg this was a big rush.
