How I Started:
Was always a really light weight (140pounds) but loved sport and fitness and copped a few injuries. Started weight training for strength and some size.
Why I Love It:
The endorphin rush and sense of achievement.

BB Accomplishments:
Breaking 80kg. For an ecto who was 65kg this was a big rush.
So Im writing about this new program as a way of keeping myself motivated and tracking how I feel and the results I get. Ive started a program based on the P|RR|S (Power, Rep Range, Shock) system because I hit a platuae three months ago and couldnt break it. Ive done a lot of varied training...
