All of my life I have been imagining of being strong and tough. Anyway, i started bodybuilding since i was 13. My dad is the one who motivated me when i was young.He supported me by investing on some gym equipments and buying supplements.My dad always wanted me to be the next "Arnold".From that onwards, i became serious in my workout.
I used to be very skinny.After taking the "weider 4000 Mega Mass and " Weider 2000 Mega Mass" , I've been putting on weight. My body is getting slightly bigger and tougher.Yet, i'm not satisfy. I'm hoping for more.Besides, i've set a goal which is become more mascular in 2 years.
Thank you so much for adding me to your friends. I apologize for the delay in saying hello, but I was out of town on vacation for several weeks with the family, and am just getting to my mail now. Your pictures are all very nice, and I wish you much success on your goals.

Lastest Routine is
Mon: Chest , Triceps (single exercise)
Abs
Tues: Back , Biceps (single exercise)
Wed : Legs, Calves
Thrus : Shoulders , Traps , Abs
Fri : Rest Cardio , ABs
Sat : Biceps , Triceps
Sun : Rest
Just trying out this routine at the moment got it from Muscle and Fitness mag .
