Hey bro, how's your training going? I need to put up some new updated pictures. I've been hitting the gym and diet hard the last few months after slacking off for quite a while. I'm just under my goal of 180, which is about as heavy as my ecto body has ever been so I'm feeling good about my goals for this summer.

I do a lot of cardio b/c I play basketball and run a lot..I also just improved my diet by cutting out fried foods and eating a lot of grilled chicken and stuff. Then I benched, did curls, and worked the abs.

hey whats up man, ya lipo6x is a good product to take as it has yohimbine (sp?) and it helps your appetite control a ton. the EFA lean is just a good source of natural fat from different things all in 1 pill. Very healthy and good for you. It also helps you lose body fat %. hit me back

Well right now I'm taking protein, creatine, and some vitamins and fish oil pills. I am not really seeing the results in gaining size that I want...I am seeing great definition though. I need to change what I am doing in order to add the size. What are you taking?

for lower peck I always use cable cross over and dumble cross over. You already have a nice lower pecks man!
