Bdespo360 I am doing great brotha! I am up 15 pounds in the past two or three weeks and lost another inch off my waist!lol 7lbs is respectable just keep hitting it hard and it will come off.. BradyL44 Adrastos, sorry to take so long to get back to you. Things seem to be going fine; a few nagging injuries but nothing to stop me dead in my tracks. Good job in the weight loss; depending on what you are doing maybe you built some muscle and that is why you did't reach your loss goal. Keep up the good work and stick to your goals. roosed Hey man! Living herein Memphis picking 2 things is tough...we're kind of the home of pork BBQ, great pork ribs, and being in the south...fried everything! I've stopped regular pop and am now limiting my BBQ to either turkey or chicken...luckily I'm already not a huge rib fan or I'd be totally screwed LOL!!! Y'all have a GREAT week!!!
