I took a weight training class in college to get started and i've been working out since then.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps me to relieve stress. I plan to add the Bodybuilding dimenstion to my workouts. I'm ready to take on more discipline with nutrition and workouts.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm very passionate about my hobbies. I tend to be a self motivated person. I'm accustomed to getting results very quickly as is my father so...yes that helps as well. Regardless, i'd still be very motivated to reach my goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I want my body to be competition size. During the Spring semester of 2007 I plan to enter the school Bodybuilding competition.

My goal is to compete in the school bodybuilding contest in April of next year.
Goal (Long):
The short term goals I have include designing a new work out and nutrition program for myself and following it VERY strictly. I'm a firm believer in the results will eventually show up even if they don't show up instantly. I would like to be able to lift 250lbs 12 times for three sets in a row. The first goal is to have a 45 inch chest and arms and other body parts that match this size. Any help and advice anyone could give is always welcome.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
9%
Upcoming Contest:
SMU Bodybuilding Contest

Hey! My stats are pretty similar to yours..... 5', 10" with 15.5-inch arms, etc... except that I weigh 218 as opposed to your 193. :( I'm thinking I'll get to 16 inches soon, then cut and be about where you are. Good luck!
