What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
At some point, you need to stop seeking motivation and just learn that this is a way of life.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I take ISS Complete Whey Power mixed with 6 oz Gatorade of 3 oz fruit juice and water. I also take ISS BCAA's. I do this, because it helps me rebuild what I just tore down.

Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
I take Promino Plus every morning. It's just supposed to help you think clearly, but it makes me feel like I can do cartwheels, and I've never even done one!
I like your overall goal and like you I also want to motivate people into believing they have the ability to achieve their fitness goals and/or dreams. I am working on becoming a motivational speaker as well as a writer and I have great respect for what you are doing. Stay strong, focused and determined.

Hey, thanks for the add! I'm struggling getting lower than 160, what can I do to help lose more weight. I want to be in the 130's, well thats my goal at least! I feel like I've hit a stall in weightloss! Any and all advice is greatly appreciated! Food ideas?
