Background
After losing about 50 pounds, I decided I needed to add weights into my program so I would have a nicer shape when I was through!
I love working out because what else do you do that gives back just as much as you put in?

The Last Few Seconds....
Posted in Other : Mar 11, 2011 9:48amA friend of mine noted on facebook last night that she didn’t think she would make a good pro basketball player – noting that she didn’t see the point in continuing to play if you had already lost the game.
She went so far as to say she would just want to quit if there was no way she could win.
And I thought about it for a minute.
Why do we keep playing when there is no way we can win?
My own child has won state three years in a row now, so it’s not a question I have struggled with or even thoug...
