How I Started:
I started because I had nothing better to do with my time and the gym was quite close to my work.
Why I Love It:
I started loving going to the gym when I started seeing results. I'm a gym junkie now because of the results and energy I have now. I also love going to the gym with my hubby cause I love watchin my man lift & sweat... Nothing hotter than a hot, sweaty man with bulging muscles... ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated with the help of my husband as well as the results I have seen in my body and the support I get from other members of the gym.

Placed 2nd in the ABBA Provincial Championships - Figure Tier 1 on June 20, 2009

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Leaving work is motivation enough. I sit at an insurance desk all day therefore I'm motivated to get off my ass and work out at the end of the day

Not really on a nutrition plan. Just trying to stick with the healthy foods (fruit, veggies, chicken, tuna, skim milk, and water water water) I do cheat though, lots, hence why I'm stuck at where I'm at.
