Looking at pictures of myself when I was sick. I never want to be that way again. There was a point in life where I was so sick that I couldn't walk up the stairs, let alone workout. Working out means to much to me, and I never want to return to that state. Also, looking at professional female competitors helps motivate me because it shows me how beautiful a firm toned body can be.
